I had no problem communicating with the staff as they spoke the language well.
The location is in downtown Bac Ninh, and the following butcher shops, cafes, convenience store restaurants, etc.
I was satisfied with the infrastructure aspect, the room condition was also clean, and there were no problems during my stay.
Well done.
I was a bit unhappy about the security guard's parking problem, but from the security guard's side
I thought I would understand because it was to protect my vehicle well.
We plan to use it again in the future.

Great place if you want to have your own space away from hotels.
The apartment was new, clean and modern, with ample space in both the living area and the bedroom, with a large bathroom (shower only) off the bedroom and a separate shower room off the kitchen area.
Great for not just for short stays, as I did, but for longer term rental as well.
