Billig, komfortable Möglichkeit. Schlechte Lage
Die Gegend um das Hotel herum ist nicht so schön und nicht sehr weit von der mehr industriellen Teil der Stadt.
Wenn Sie können besser leisten können, würde ich Pass. Aber wenn Sie eine preisgünstige unterwegs sind, ist dies eine gute und sichere Alternative und das Personal hilft Ihnen, Ihren Aufenthalt noch besser (Mahlzeiten kochte, Hilfe mit Bootsfahrten ... )

Room mediocre, Super noisy neighbourhood!
The room i stayed was small but clean, the bathroom old, working AC, but nothing fancy and also not very cosy.
The room really gets bad with the location because its relatively far away from the center and directly at a busy road. Good thing is you wont even hear the street noise because of the factory or whatever directly on the other side of the street, which will produce loud noise and prevent you from sleep all night long. The ironic thing is the note in the pension asking to keep your voice down at night XD.
The owner seems to be a nice guy though and speaks english good enough for everyrhing you might wanna need or ask.
Even for 10€ the noise would be a total no go but for more than 20€ this is absolutely unacceptable.

One stay!
The bathroom needs improvement, at first I thought it was dirty but it's just old and clean!
It's on the industrial street of Tulcea near the exit (It is quiet at night) but very far away from the centre.
