Tolle Lage und Personal.
Die Lage war super. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und das Frühstück war sehr gut. Tahsin war so hilfsbereit für uns beim Frühstück. Er machte unseren Aufenthalt angenehmer. Die Rezeption war super. Sie hielten unser Gepäck für uns am Tag unserer Abreise, weil wir Paris erst später am Tag verließen. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten.

Schlimmere Erfahrungen
Wir haben in anderen Melia Unterkünften in Spanien, Mexiko, etc. übernachtet und haben eine tolle Erfahrung gemacht, so dass wir, als wir eine Melia in Paris sahen, nicht zögerten, es zu buchen. Was für eine Enttäuschung. Dieses Hotel wurde als 4 Sterne Hotel bewertet, ist aber nicht wie es ist. Ich verstehe, dass sich das in einem Bereich befindet, in dem nicht zu viele Änderungen oder Verbesserungen, wenn überhaupt, am Äußeren des Gebäudes vorgenommen werden können, aber das Innere war verfault. Die Wände schälten sich. Das Badezimmer hatte Schimmel, die Innenseite der Toilette war gelb. Rundum eine sehr widerliche Erfahrung. Wir riefen an der Rezeption an, um zu fragen, warum die Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert, und sie sagten uns, dass aufgrund der "Globalen Erwärmung" Hotels in Paris keine Klimaanlagen einschalten dürfen, wenn die Temperatur draußen abgekühlt ist und dass wir die Fenster öffnen mussten, um das Zimmer auf eine gute Temperatur zu bringen. völlig inakzeptabel und das stimmte nicht. Wir öffneten die Fenster und es flogen viele Tauben herum und wir konnten uns kaum ausruhen, da wir dachten, die Tauben würden in den Raum kommen. Ich sagte meiner Frau, sie solle es erst mal flügeln, da wir so erschöpft von der Reise waren, dass wir nach dem Einchecken für eine Weile einschliefen. Wir gingen aus und wenn wir zurück waren, schliefen wir für die Nacht ein. Hier begann die zweite Runde der Probleme und was uns über die Spitze gebracht hat. Wir versuchten jemanden zu erreichen, um ein zweites Set Kissen zu bekommen, da die Kissen, die wir hatten wie Babykissen ausgesehen und niemand antworten wollte. Wir versuchten fast 1 Stunde anzurufen, ohne Antwort von jemandem. Wir konnten uns kaum ausruhen, da wir bei offenem Fenster schlafen mussten und wir Gespräche und Geräusche aus anderen Räumen sowie Tauben, die durch den Gartenbereich flogen, hören konnten. Irgendwann flog eine Taube so nah an unser Fenster, dass wir dachten, sie würde reinkommen. Trotzdem konnten wir uns in dieser Nacht kaum ausruhen und wachten am nächsten Tag zerstört auf. Als wir aufwachten, sagte ich meiner Frau, dass es unmöglich sei, 3 weitere Nächte so zu schlafen, und wir beschlossen, unsere Koffer zu packen und nach einem anderen Hotel zu suchen, dem Marignan Champ Elyses, das sich als ausgezeichnet herausstellte. Auf unserem Weg nach draußen, als wir auscheckten, Julian, die Rezeption Person, ein wahrer Gastfreundschaftsprofi, verstand unseren Standpunkt total und bat uns, bitte für den Manager zu bleiben. ER kam zurück, um uns zu sagen, dass der Manager am Telefon war und sie wird in 5 Minuten wieder da sein. Ich bin mir nicht sicher, wie wir es geschafft haben, aber wir haben es geschafft, insgesamt 44 Minuten zu warten, bis der Manager herauskam, und sie hat es nie getan. Sie sah aus, als ob sie nicht daran interessiert wäre, mit einer Situation fertig zu werden. Alles in allem eine schreckliche Erfahrung und ich würde dieses Hotel nie empfehlen.

We are very sorry that your attempt to contact reception for additional pillows went unanswered. This is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide, and we will review our communication protocols to ensure this doesn’t happen again. We also apologize for the lack of follow-up when you were waiting for the manager. We understand that your concerns were important, and we regret that the manager was unable to meet with you in a timely manner. We will address this with our team to ensure that guests feel heard and attended to promptly. It’s clear that your experience did not reflect the high standards we strive for, and we deeply regret that you felt this way. We truly appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve, and we hope that you will reconsider staying with us in the future. We would love the opportunity to provide you with a more comfortable experience should you decide to return to Paris.

Unsere erste Reise nach Paris!
Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit. Das Restaurant Frühstücksbuffet Personal war sehr zuvorkommend für Glutenallergie, die einer von uns hat. Das Buffet war sehr gut. Das Bett war sehr komfortabel. Das Hotel ist sehr ruhig. Das Bad war sehr sauber. Gute Lage zum Wandern sowie zur Abholung eines Uber.

Schlechter Zustand der Anlagen und Ausstattungen (Klimaanlage und Einrichtung alte Fenster bzw. Lärmdurchlässig)
Nicht zu empfehlen so lange der altersbedingte Zustand der Räume so ist. Wir hatten drei Nächte gebucht und haben nach zwei Nächten das Hotel gewechselt. Dabei wurden uns drei Nächte in Rechnung gestellt. Ohne Worte. Bilder und Videos sind vorhanden.
