Vom Moment an, als wir eincheckten und unser Zimmer betraten, wurden wir mit akribischer Sorgfalt begrüßt. Amy, die für unseren Boden zuständig war, hatte eine so warme und freundliche Einstellung. Es gab immer ein aufrichtiges Lächeln auf ihrem Gesicht, wodurch wir uns sofort wie zu Hause fühlten und entspannten.
Wenn es um Raumaufräumarbeiten ging, war Amys Arbeit wirklich hervorragend. Jeden Tag, wenn wir von außerhalb zurückkamen, fanden wir das Zimmer makellos sauber. Das Bett war perfekt glatt gemacht, ohne eine einzige Falte in Sicht, und die Kissen waren genau richtig platziert, was es so einladend machte, dass wir es kaum erwarten konnten, uns hinzulegen und zu entspannen.
Ich bin wirklich dankbar für Amys engagierten Service während unseres Aufenthaltes. Ihre Bemühungen haben unsere Reise viel komfortabler und angenehmer gemacht, und auch unseren günstigen Eindruck von diesem Hotel verbessert. Tolle Erfahrung
Und ich möchte einen der denkwürdigsten Service hier teilen: Ich habe jedes Mal eine große Überraschung, wenn ich ins Zimmer zurückkomme. Das Personal versorgt uns mit Obst und Dessert. Es ist so warm zu sehen, dass eine Süßkartoffelsuppe auf dem Tisch steht, nachdem wir im Winter draußen gelaufen sind.
Ich bin sicher, dass ich später wieder für Urlaub kommen werde.
