Bad treatment of the guest

I returned to the reception and asked to talk to a manager, but, they informed me that I had no manager and that not his absence, Márcio would answer, I went to ask Márcia and at the same time complain about the care of Mrs. Ianca, to which suddenly, she begins to debate with me about the situation that she herself created, because she could have verified, before answering me. This was all happening in front of other customers who were checking in on time.
So I ask you, would this be the type of staff that the hotel wants to have in its staff? An employee who is not committed to the company and much less to the customer?

Respectless and rude service!
But the reception service left much to be desired! The reception does not know how to treat the client, they are not a little hospitable, in the request for change of a Reservation the receptionist did not know how to manage the situation, was questioning us in a tone of criticism! It even looked like we were in a digital service! Respectless and rude service!

It has a on site restaurant with great menu options. The hotel and the rooms very clean and comfortable. The staff are very friendly.
Better than most hotels near by with a much better price .
